10/2 thru 10/4 - My mother and I headed down to Monterey for the weekend. We hit Point Lobos, Carmel-by-the-Sea, The Monterey Aquarium, Cannery Row... the usual stuff. As for the Aquarium, I wish I had thought to bring my camera. We got to see feedings for 2 of my favorites, penguins and sea otters, and also got to see the Great White. She was pretty small, but has lasted in captivity longer than any other Great White. Probably because she has been feeding which no other has ever done in captivity.
